A beautiful relaxing living room for any occasion. Whether you wish to put the fire on, sit back and watch a film, the living room must be one on the most loved rooms of the house. With the state of the art UHD 4K Samsung TV with entertainment, it is perfect for all ages.

Simple, yet rewarding; the landing is open, bright and airy. Local iron spindles from the next village, with selective wall art, the landing leads you off to the relaxing bedrooms...and did i forget to mention the Spa bathroom!

A beautiful old, but modern holiday cottage...
The cottage was built in the 1700's, but has been completely renovated to suit today's modern living, while retaining the older features. Perfectly located in the picturesque village of Menheniot, a short 10-minute drive from the coastal town of Looe, or a 5-minute drive to the worlds famous Cheesewring Tor, situated on Bodmin Moor.
Menheniot village is in the beautiful countryside and consists of a well-kept playing field and playground for young children, a local Shop with fresh local produce, a small Post Office, a 1700C Church and a quiet country Pub; ideal for great food and beverages...a perfect holiday destination and location to get away from the hustle and bustle of today’s living. All these amenities are within a stone’s throw of the property. With excellent connecting roads in and out of the village, you can get to your intended destination with ease.
The cottage has ample off-road parking, which is also on site and private, enough for 3 vehicles. With a South facing garden and patio area to the rear of the property, you can relax and enjoy alfresco dining on those beautiful sunny Cornish days. The cottage is the perfect home away from home, and is ideal at any time of year.
